What are License Verifications?
License verifications are verifications of provider licenses` such as State License, DEA License ect.
How to add a License Verification to a Provider Profile?
Step 1: Log in at MedTrainer
Step 2: Select MT Credentialing
Step 3: Select Provider Profile
Step 4: Select the Verifications tab
Step 5: Select New Verification
Step 6: Input the appropriate information
Step 7: Select Save
How to verify a license?
Step 1: Log in at MedTrainer
Step 2: Select MT Credentialing
Step 3: Select Provider Profile
Step 4: Select the Verifications tab
Step 5: Select Verify License (white checkmark within a blue circle under Actions)
Step 6: Input required information
Step 7: Select Save
How to mark a verification as Not Applicable?
Step 1: Log in at MedTrainer
Step 2: Select MT Credentialing
Step 3: Select Provider Profile
Step 4: Select the Verifications tab
Step 5: Select Not Applicable (Blue and white toggle under Actions)
Step 6: Select Okay
How to request Premium Verifications?
