Verifications Tab in Provider Profile.
The Verifications tab will allow the Administrator to log verification of licenses or certifications for a provider.
The Verifications shown are based on the configuration made in the Locations tab > mt | credentialing.

Note: The verifications above added by default are just templates, you will need to initiate the upload for verifications for each of the items.
Step 1: Log in at MedTrainer
Step 2: Select MT Credentialing > Provider Profile
Step 3: Select the Provider you wish to access
Step 4: Select the Verifications tab
Step 5: Select New Verification
Step 6: Select the Verification Type drop down
Step 7: You will be redirected to a new page. Fill in the fields that pertain to the License.
Step 8: Select Save

Yes. The MedTrainer Credentialing module has the option to verify the DEA automatically or Manually.
Our automated process allows you to retrieve the DEA verification registration or both the DEA verification registration and the DEA Certificate.
Step 1: Log into medtrainer
Step 2: Select mt | credentialing, then select Provider Profile
Step 3: Select the provider's profile (employee profile) you wish to access
Step 4: Select the Verifications tab
Step 5: You will see the DEA License in the main table; then, under the Actions column, select the verify
option.
Step 6: Select the manual verification option
Step 7: Enter the DEA information and upload the documents; the required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
Step 8: When you’re finished, you can see the verification information in the Verification Table and in "Document tab," the documents uploaded.
The DEA automation lets you pull the DEA information and documents with a single click.
The process may take a couple of seconds, so in the meantime, you can go to another profile and run another DEA verification.

The email notification cadence:
Prior to expiration date: 90, 60, 30, 15 days
On the expiration date
After the expiration date: The system will send daily reminders (notifications via email) of the expired document(s).
The email notification will include a list (titles) of documents expiring or that have been expired.
