OnBoarding Paths.

What is the purpose of the OnBoarding Path?

It allows the admin to assign courses, documents, contract, etc. to multiple employees at once. 

How is an OnBoarding Path created?

Step 1: Log in at MedTrainer

Step 2: On the left hand column, select Organization management, and then select "OnBoarding path"

Step 3: On the top right corner, select "+ New Onboarding Path"  

Step 4: Name your Onboarding Path, then select the arrow to move forward

Step 5: Rules - Select the rules for the Onboarding Path

Use the filters to select the Locations, Departments, and Positions that the employees must belong to, in order to fit within this Onboarding Path. When you're done click the arrow to move to the next page

Step 6: Actions - Select the actions for the Onboarding Path

Use the filters to select the Courses, Documents, or Safety Plans that will be assigned to the Employees. When you're done click the arrow to move to the next page

Step 7: Time Settings - Select the period of time to complete each item of the Onboarding Path

The user must complete the items within the selected days after running the Onboarding Path. When you're done, click the arrow to move to the next page

Step 8: Publish your new Onboarding Path - You are about to create a New Onboarding Path with the following configurations, if you agree click on "Publish"
(green button located at the bottom right corner) to start using it. If not, go back to Configuration. You Can also Cancel or Save it as Draft.

Step 9: A notification will appear after you select publish. You may choose to run now or run later - select the necessary button to continue

How does one update the OnBoarding Path?

In the Onboarding Path page, find the topic you wish to edit, and then click on the pencil icon to edit. After you have made changes, select the save button to continue.

How does one run the OnBoarding Path?

After created the OnBoarding Path, select the "run now" button or on the Onboarding Path page, select the "play" icon to run.

How does one retrieve an OnBoarding Path after it has been deleted?

Go to the "deleted" tab on the OnBoarding Path homepage, and click on the arrow icon to restore. If you wish to delete an OnBoarding Path that was created, find the item you wish to delete, and click the trashcan icon to delete.
