The Student Dashboard is a learner-focused, at-a-glance workspace that consolidates assigned courses, progress indicators, upcoming due dates, certificates, and messages, enabling learners to launch training, monitor completion and deadlines, access course materials, and view earned credentials from one simple, role-aware interface.
How to use My Student Dashboard

All account levels have access: Super Admins, Admins, and Students.
Super Admins and Admins may use the dashboard for oversight and management. Student-level users have view-only access to their own My Student Dashboard content, the Binders included there, and the Learning module (if the organization has purchased it).
Once a course is marked Complete, students cannot reopen it from the completed view. If the course supports replay, go to MT | Learning → My Course Assignments, locate the course, and click the Replay (arrow) button.
Note: Not all courses support replay.
To retake or review a completed course when replay isn’t available, the course must be reassigned or the completion status reset by an Admin or your CSM. If you’d like to revisit a course, please contact your account Admin or CSM and request reassignment or completion clearance.
MedTrainer Transcripts are certificates of completed courses the user has taken.
Sign in to MedTrainer.
Go to My Student Dashboard.
Scroll to the My Transcripts section and select the MedTrainer Transcripts tab.
Locate the course you want and click the Print (printer) icon.
A PDF of the transcript will download, open it to view, save, or print.
Tip: If you don’t see the MedTrainer Transcripts tab, check with your Admin or CSM for access.
In accounts that allow self-reassignment, users can reassign a course to themselves from My Student Dashboard. If you do not see the option described below, please contact your Admin or CSM to request reassignment.
To reassign a course to yourself
Sign in to MedTrainer and open My Student Dashboard.
Scroll to My Transcripts and choose the MedTrainer Transcripts tab.
Locate the course you want to retake and click the arrow button next to it.
Choose a new due date and click Continue.
Review the details and confirm by clicking the green Reassign button.
Tip: If the arrow or reassign controls are not visible, self-reassignment is not enabled for your account or for that specific course, please ask your Admin or CSM for assistance.
External transcripts are credentials or training records that originate outside MedTrainer, for example, events completed via the Live Calendar module or documents manually uploaded by a user or admin. They include items such as external course completions, licenses, certifications, vaccinations, and other credentials.
Sign in to MedTrainer and open My Student Dashboard.
Scroll to the My Transcripts section and select the External transcripts, credentials, licenses, vaccinations, and immunizations tab.
Click the Edit (pencil/paper) icon for the record you want to update, then follow the prompts to upload the new document or update the transcript fields.
Save your changes.
Tip: If you do not see an existing record, ask your Admin or CSM whether you should create a new external transcript entry or have the Admin upload it on your behalf.
Go to My Student Dashboard → My Transcripts.
Select the External transcripts, credentials, licenses, vaccinations, and immunizations tab.
Locate the transcript you need and click the Download (arrow down) icon to save a PDF copy to your device.
Navigate to My Student Dashboard → My Transcripts.
Open the External transcripts, credentials, licenses, vaccinations, and immunizations tab.
Find the transcript to remove and click the Delete (X) icon under Actions.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: Deletions may be audited. If you don’t have permission to delete, contact your Admin or CSM.
To update the effective/expiration date for an external license:
Sign in to MedTrainer.
Open My Student Dashboard and go to the My Transcripts section.
Select External transcripts, credentials, licenses, vaccinations, and immunizations.
Locate the expired license and click the Edit (pencil) icon under Actions.
Update the date fields (effective/expiration) as required and save.
Tip: If you need to upload a renewed certificate or proof of renewal, use the Edit flow to attach the new document when updating the date.
Students can view SDS sheets in the SDS Binder. To download a sheet, click the Download (down-arrow) icon next to the file.
The Documents & Policies (MT) Binder houses organizational documents such as contracts, manuals, forms, policies, and other official resources.
Sign in to MedTrainer and open My Student Dashboard.
Scroll to the Documents & Policies Binder and open the folder containing the item.
Locate the document you want and click the Download (down-arrow) icon to save a copy.
Tip: You can also use the View (eye) icon to preview, print, or download the document.
The + (plus) icon provides access to previous versions of the selected document or policy.
From My Student Dashboard, scroll to the Safety Plans binder, find the item you need, and click the Download (down-arrow) icon to save it.
Notifications alert you to important events, such as newly assigned items and upcoming or expiring documents, so you can act promptly.
