What is the difference between the account levels?
Super Admin
Full access to the system
Super Admin access level users will have all menus available and receive access to all locations and departments.
Review the Plan information
Download the invoices
Create more admins and super admins
Set up privileges for admins
Note: This access cannot be modified
Admin
Able to see all the locations and departments if the Super Admins give the access (i.e. if a user exists in a location that an Admin is not assigned to, they will not be able to view or interact with the user)
Create new Student accounts
Able to use all the modules if the super admins set the permission
Student
All account levels: Super Admin., Admin., and Student will have access to the My Student Dashboard
View the information provided in the Student Dashboard
Have access to the Learning Module. (if purchased)

Notifications such as expiring and newly assigned documents, policies, contracts, courses, etc. will appear at the top of the dashboard.

Notifications can be removed when the user reviews/completes a requested document or assigned course.

The Overdue, Pending, Expired, Future Assign and Completed categories are organized into separate tabs. When you open a tab, the list displays only the courses that match that status

Log in at MedTrainer
Go to Organization Management
Click on Location
On the right, where you have the location, you will see 3 different action buttons (Edit, Locations Manager Setup, Delete). Select “Location Manager Setup”
You are now directed to a page where you can view all of your managers.
On the right side, there will be a little envelope icon, underneath the 6th column that says “Action”
Click on the envelope to enable notifications

Scroll down until you see SDS Binder
Find the SDS report you wish to view/download. Select the arrow pointing down icon to view the report.
If you wish to download the report, select the arrow icon once more to download and view the report.
